Global digital rebranding and site redesign for this worldwide money transfer provider.

While Head of UX/UI at BBH I led this extensive branding, design and CX project for Western Union. Prototypes were created and user testing was conducted to refine content and design decisions. I helped improve the primary product functionality that allows people and businesses to move money. I created digital brand guideline to assist individual markets in deploying the design.


I established a global design system that could maintain brand consistency while allowing localisation of content so it is relevant on a market level. Assets and a series of illustrations were created for 200+ countries that catered to individual counties.
