A comprehensive report of the Habitat website to establish clear UX recommendations.
I conducted a thorough review of the Habitat website, shortly after it was migrated to a new CMS. Key objectives were to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates. The assessment took into consideration such things as navigation, architecture, categorisation, filtering, hierarchy of content and search. Improvements were identified and a prioritising rating applied. Competitors were analysed and recommendations were made based on best practice and modern methods.
