A platform agnostic digital strategy with a future-proof site structure and high-level wireframes.

I led the user experience and creative aspects of a digital strategy project for this leading exchange group. London Stock Exchange wanted a long term plan for internal communications across their offices in the UK, Italy and Sri Lanka. An audit and review was conducted of the existing web landscape from a technical, content and usability point-of-view. I participated in requirements gathering and scoping for new functionality that included a user-friendly people directory that was identified as a critical aspect in facilitating better communication across the organisation. Primary content and user types were outlined leading to a new site architecture that met the needs of approximately 2,000 employees. I developed detailed wireframes that were used to present back to the board to enable project approval and serve as a roadmap for final design. I helped evolve their internal online capability, offering a better brand experience, consistent UI, and time saving collaborative tools. The final deliverable included a set of digital tools and processes that would facilitate full connectivity and social communication across all geographies.
