Helping define a long term digital strategy for multiple audiences and needs.

When Deloitte came to myself and the team at Concentra, they had a complex digital landscape that needed resolving. I held strategy workshops with different business areas to establish needs and concerns specific to how they interact with members. With various types of groups combined with students and alumni the needs varied greatly and privacy levels were of the utmost concern. With so many existing systems I needed to identify the value and differentiators of their “Connections” site. I pinpointed that content had to be timely, that it would be a filter (not portal) to other homepages and that members could establish networks and connections specific to them. It would also enable Deloitte to better highlight their knowledge base through social media and sharing of videos, podcasts and whitepaper downloads.
